Community Standards

Protecting the quality of the room.

Our expectations for professional conduct, privacy, respectful relationship-building, responsible participation and the protection of our independently curated experiences.

RÄNDĀ VO͞O brings professionals together through thoughtful experiences grounded in mutual respect, discretion and meaningful relationships. These standards apply to guests, speakers, sponsors, partners, staff and others participating in our events and related community activities, in person or online.

Respect Every Person

Treat others with professionalism, courtesy and consideration. Different backgrounds, sectors, perspectives and career stages contribute to the room. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, threats and unsafe conduct are not acceptable.

Relationships Before Aggressive Selling

Our rooms are not unrestricted cold-pitch environments. Respectful professional conversation is welcome, but repeated unwanted sales pressure, unsolicited campaigns and conduct that interferes with the experience are not.

Protect Privacy and Professional Confidence

Do not misuse contact details, conversations, images, introductions or opportunities shared through the community. Meeting someone does not authorize adding them to a sales database, mailing list or promotional sequence without appropriate permission. Exercise discretion with information identified as private or confidential; participation does not create a legally confidential environment.

Respect Our Curated Experience and Commercial Boundaries

Without prior written authorization, participants must not use a RÄNDĀ VO͞O room, its introductions or attendee access to recruit for, actively market or distribute materials promoting a competing networking event, business community or substantially similar platform. Do not present your own activities as affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by RÄNDĀ VO͞O without permission.

These rules address conduct within our experiences and unauthorized use of community access; they do not restrict lawful independent business or ordinary professional discussion outside that setting.

Participate Responsibly

Follow reasonable event instructions, safety protocols, accessibility arrangements and venue requirements. Where alcohol is available, comply with legal drinking-age requirements, consume responsibly, respect service decisions and plan safe transportation. Non-alcoholic options are typically available. Service and participation may be limited where appropriate for safety or legal compliance.

Photography and Media

Event photography or filming may occur with appropriate notice and permission practices. Do not use another participant's image to suggest endorsement or affiliation with unrelated campaigns without authorization. Discuss relevant media or accessibility concerns with the team.

Reporting Concerns

Raise concerns with an event-team member or through our Contact page. We review reports with appropriate discretion and consideration for the people involved. Serious safety issues may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Admission, Removal and Future Access

We reserve the right to review participation and take reasonable, proportionate action where conduct undermines safety, privacy, professional integrity or the intended purpose of an experience. Depending on the facts, action may include a warning, declining admission, asking someone to leave, suspending participation or restricting access to future RÄNDĀ VO͞O events and community activities.

Grounds may include harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening or unsafe conduct, persistent unwanted solicitation, misuse of personal information, unauthorized competing-platform promotion or other material breaches of these standards. Action remains subject to applicable law, human-rights obligations and registration terms. Any refund question is governed by applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights. Relevant incidents may be documented.

The quality of the room is a shared responsibility.
