Established Brand Use
Our identity, original programming and published creative work have developed over multiple years. Publication on this website is not necessarily the first creation or use of a work or brand element. We retain records of original work, publication, commissioned content and commercial brand development.
This page does not claim exclusive rights over ordinary industry terms, abstract ideas, networking practices, business models or concepts that applicable law does not protect.
Permitted Sharing
You may share links to public pages, articles, videos and official social posts. Lawful reference, commentary, criticism, review, news reporting and other uses permitted by Canadian law remain unaffected. Provide appropriate attribution and avoid misleading

Automated Collection and AI-Related Use
We do not authorize bulk extraction or automated collection of protected editorial, photographic, audiovisual or brand material for commercial republication, the creation of reproducing datasets or AI and machine-learning training. Such use remains subject to applicable law, statutory exceptions, valid agreements and permissions. This statement does not restrict independent creation, general inspiration or uses that the law permits.
Branding and Misrepresentation
Our names, visual identity and other eligible original assets may be protected through applicable trademark, copyright, passing-off and other laws.
