Using the RÄNDĀ VO͞O platform responsibly.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of wheregreatmindsgather.ca and its associated website features, information, content and services. The website is operated by RÄNDĀ VO͞O Business Network. By using it, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Separate conditions may apply to registrations, purchases, partnerships and specific services.

The Platform

RÄNDĀ VO͞O provides information about professional experiences, leadership programming, original editorial content, curated external events, partnership opportunities and related community services. Website content is general information; features, availability and programming may change.

Events and Registration

Event details, prices, capacity, admission requirements, cancellation and transfer conditions are identified during the applicable registration process. Registration or payment may be administered by an independent provider whose terms may also apply.

We may make reasonable changes to speakers, programming, venue or schedule when necessary and communicate material changes to affected registrants as appropriate. Admission is subject to the event-specific conditions, venue requirements and our Community Standards. Where an event is designated 19+, that restriction applies to admission.

Alcohol, Hospitality and Guest Responsibility

Some experiences take place at licensed venues where alcohol may be available. Non-alcoholic options are typically available. Alcohol is served under the relevant licence or permit by the venue or other authorized provider, as applicable to the particular event.

Guests who consume alcohol must do so lawfully and responsibly, follow venue and event-team directions, and arrange safe transportation. Alcohol service may be refused or discontinued, and participation may be restricted, where needed for safety or legal compliance. No person should drive while impaired.

To the extent permitted by law, RÄNDĀ VO͞O is not responsible for an attendee's or independent third party's unlawful, reckless or negligent acts outside its reasonable

control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a duty of care or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Community Conduct and Curated Participation

Participation is intended for professional relationship-building within the purpose of each experience. Ordinary, respectful business conversation is welcome; access to an event does not authorize an attendee to treat the room as an unrestricted sales or recruitment channel.

Without prior written authorization, attendees must not conduct repeated unwanted solicitation; distribute unauthorized campaign or promotional material; use our events or introductions to recruit guests, speakers, sponsors or partners into a competing professional networking event, membership community or substantially similar platform; or imply affiliation or approval that does not exist.

These restrictions concern conduct within our experiences and misuse of access to our community. They do not restrict lawful independent business activities or ordinary conversations outside that context.

Where conduct materially breaches event conditions or Community Standards, we may take proportionate steps, including refusal of admission, warning, removal, suspension or restriction of future access, subject to applicable law and human-rights obligations. Event-specific registration terms and mandatory legal rights govern refund eligibility.

Discovery and Independent Events

Discovery features selected experiences organized by third parties. Unless expressly stated, RÄNDĀ VO͞O is not their organizer, ticket seller, booking agent or operator. Confirm dates, prices, availability, accessibility, refunds and other details directly with the official organizer. A listing alone does not establish an endorsement, sponsorship or commercial relationship. Material commercial relationships are disclosed as appropriate.

PartnerLink

PartnerLink facilitates consideration of professional-introduction requests; it does not provide legal, financial, accounting, mortgage, real estate, recruitment or other regulated professional advice. Introduced professionals operate independently and determine their own qualifications, obligations, services, fees, conflicts and client acceptance. An introduction or outcome is not guaranteed. Submitting a request does not establish a professional-client relationship. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable consent process.

Editorial and Professional Information

Articles, interviews and other site content are for general educational and editorial purposes, not advice tailored to a particular person's legal, financial, professional or personal circumstances. Views expressed by speakers, guests and contributors are their own unless expressly attributed to RÄNDĀ VO͞O.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website security or operation.

• Harvest community contact details or misuse others' personal information.

• Systematically scrape, crawl or collect protected website content without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

• Use protected site content for unauthorized AI or machine-learning training, dataset creation or commercial reproduction, subject to applicable law.

• Exploit our protected material or use our names and visual identity to falsely imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or harmful conduct.

Intellectual Property

The site includes original and licensed content, branding, photography, video and other protected works. Access does not grant unrestricted permission to reproduce, publish, commercially exploit or misrepresent them. See Content Use & Intellectual Property.

Submissions

By submitting an inquiry, suggestion or feedback, you confirm that you may lawfully provide it. You permit us to use the material as reasonably necessary to respond or deliver the requested service, or for another separately agreed purpose. Submitting does not automatically transfer your copyright or grant unrestricted publicity rights. Do not send confidential material through an ordinary form.

Third-Party Websites

External organizers, registration providers, venues and advisors operate independently under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their websites, conduct or services.

Website Disclaimer and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and website availability but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or content suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not assume responsibility for decisions based

solely on general content or for independent third-party conduct, representations or professional services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates, Applicable Law and Contact

We may revise these Terms and publish the effective date. Material changes affecting an existing agreement will be addressed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to mandatory protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply so far as legally possible.
