Lead With Clarity, Purpose & Resilience in an Uncertain Economy

MÄVVĪNCLASS: Lead With Clarity, Purpose & Resilience event flyer

About the Event

On January 26, 2026, MÄVVĪNCLASS opened the year with a morning speaker series and RÄNDĀ VO͞O business networking experience at Ottawa Art Gallery.

Designed for a business landscape marked by uncertainty, rapid change, and growing pressure on leaders, the programme blended TED-style learning, real-world leadership tools, and purposeful professional connection.

Three speakers each delivered a focused 15-minute talk, exploring the internal strength and strategic mindset needed to navigate 2026 with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Why It Matters

Clearer thinking, purposeful leadership, and resilience matter most when conditions are uncertain. This edition paired practical expert perspectives with peer dialogue and reflection.

Programme Focus

Sharper problem definition, renewed purpose, sustainable performance, and meaningful professional connection—supported by concise talks, interactive discussion, and table reflections.

Nilufer Erdebil — Deeper Clarity

Deeper Clarity: The Hidden Catalyst for Innovation explored how leaders can cut through noise, understand problems at their core, and make smarter decisions. The session focused on stronger alignment and intentional leadership rather than moving quickly on the wrong problem.

Nilufer is an innovation strategist, design thinking expert, facilitator, and TEDx speaker with over 20 years of experience advising executives across the public and private sectors.

Hal Eisenberg — From Blocked to Boundless

From Blocked to Boundless: Activating the Passion That Drives Extraordinary Leaders examined the internal barriers that can limit even high-performing professionals—and how reconnecting with passion can renew energy, creativity, and purpose.

CEO of The Eisenberg Leadership Academy, Hal is a leadership educator and transformational facilitator with more than 25 years of experience in emotional intelligence, purpose-driven leadership, and personal development.

Calissa Ngozi — Resilient by Design

Resilient by Design: Strength, Self-Mastery & Sustainable Success for High-Performing Leaders focused on protecting energy, navigating pressure, and developing the resilience needed for sustainable leadership.

Calissa is a mental health expert, professor, and corporate resilience strategist with two decades of experience across mental health, social services, and leadership development. Her Oxygen Mask Mindset centres on energy, emotional regulation, and well-being under pressure.
